B Gregory "Britt" Pate
Britt Pate started working part-time for his family's construction and developing business at the age of 14. His first jobs involved "site maintenance", or picking up the trash. In 1983, Britt entered the business full-time and has been active in every aspect of the business.
Britt Pate has been recognized with nuerous industry awards over the years and holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Britt has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1985, and is a past Director of the Wichita Area Association of Realtors, a past member of the Real Estate Professional Standards Committee, and the Realtors Political Action Committee.
Other business ventures have included ownership of a commercial FM radio station, and a monitored home security business. Britt is a partner in a Multi-Million Dollar oil pipeline project, which recently received funding.

Mr. Pate has over 50 years experience in virtually every aspect of development and building. Mr. Pate has developed Millions of Dollars of light commerical, condominium, apartment and residential projects, including what was at the time the largest Housing and Urban Development project in the State of Kansas. Mr. Pate serves as an adviser and assists in oversight of contractors, sub-contractors, engineers and other trades responsible for bringing projects to fruition.

Since 1985, SPT has been developing custom design solutions that create unique environments.
