CH Pate Sr started his career as a cabinet maker for a luxury hotel. Pate's boss noticed his attention to detail and soon asked Pate to build his personal residence.

From those humble beginnings,  Pate Construction  evolved into one of the most respected contractors and developers in the midwest, winning large military and HUD contracts. Hundreds of Millions of dollars of Pate-built projects can be found throughout the midwest.
